.First of all, we will visit Kinderdijk, an area of World Heritage windmills that rise above the polder landscape. To understand how these giants affected the country's economy, our local guides will explain to us about the great industrial revolution that took place here and we can see inside the mills
.We will continue our journey to Gouda, a city full of merchants attracted to cheese in the 17th century. We walk through its streets admiring important buildings such as the Church of San Juan, the town hall or the public scale. We will not leave this city without trying the delicious local product; after a visit to the cheese market we can taste different types and even take some back
home.
